Certified as DBEWill Participate in the Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP)CHICAGO, IL — 7.27.2006 -- Consilium Consulting, Inc. was officially certified as a bona fide Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in accordance with Title 49 Part 26 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Consilium will now be able to participate in the Illinois Unified Certification Program. This will enable Consilium to do business with participating state agencies including the Illinois Depertment of Transportation (IDOT), City of Chicago, Chicago transit Authority, Metra and Pace.
